I just placed an order. How long will it take for me to receive it?
A:We
do all we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. If product in
currently in our inventory, we will
ship
within 48 hours. If not in inventory, we will notify you
of
expected ship date.

How is my order being shipped to me?
A:
Orders
are shipped UPS unless other shipping method
is
requested. All international shipments will be made via
United
States Postal Service.

How do I cancel my order?
A:If
you have placed your order with us within the last few days, you can call
our customer service department at 1800-892-5546. Our courteous staff will
process your request promptly. In the unlikely event that you still receive
the merchandise after calling to cancel, please feel free to return the
merchandise to us to receive full merchandise credit. Please do not e-mail
us to cancel your order.

How do I return an order?

possible. We work hard to process your returns as quickly as possible.
Please allow 2 weeks for your return credit to be processed. It will take
1-2 billing cycles to show up on your credit card statement. Please be
