Relieve pressure at the ball of foot. For Metatarsalgia, centrally locate pad in shoe, directly behind ball of foot or widest part of shoe. Available in 3 thicknesses. 

Sizes: Large 3/8", Medium 5/16", and Small 1/4". 
 

Adjustment for leg length discrepancies.  Measure inside width of shoe heel to determine correct width of heel cushion to be used. 

Choose from Widths: 3", 2 1/2", 2". Thicknesses: 3/16", 5/16", 7/16", 1/2" and 9/16".
